Period of Hire (Weekly Lets)
Rentals commence at 3.30p.m. on day of arrival and end at 10.30a.m on day of departure.
Pets
Pets are only allowed with the owners approval. Please use your "doggy bags" to remove any fouling. All dogs must be kept on a leash in communal areas.
Numbers or persons using the Property
The number of people must not exceed the maximum number stipulate on either the website or brochure. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.
Care of property
You agree that you should take proper care of the property and its furniture, fittings and effects in or on the property site and leave them in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning. You will be liable for any cost resulting in damage/breakages which have occurred during you stay.
Short Break
Short Break means a stay of a minimum three nights.
Contract
The contract for the holiday rental shall be made between you and the owners of the Point Cottages.
The contract is binding when you receive your booking confirmation and your deposit paid is cleared.
The balance must be paid four or six weeks before arrival.
When bookings are made within six weeks of arrival day, the full amount of the booking must be made.
Cancellation
All deposits are non-refundable; it is therefore advisable for you to arrange holiday insurance.
Any cancellation within nine to six weeks of your holiday date will result in a charge of 50% of holiday cost. Cancellations within five to zero weeks will result in the full charge of your holiday cost. It is therefore advisable for you to arrange your own holiday insurance.
Complaints
In the event of any reason for complaints, these must be notified promptly tot he owners or the caretakers whose telephone numbers are left in the premises.
Smoking
All our properties are non-smoking properties.
Safety
Guests must accept all responsibilities for their own and their children's safety.
Car park disclaimer
All vehicles are parked at their owners risk.
Personal Property
Point Cottages and the owners accept no liability for all personnel items/valuables left in the cottages.
